Art Wingfield Travel Award

The Art Wingfield Neuroscience/Psychology Student Travel Award was put together as a tangible way to honor Art's commitment to scientific excellence and mentoring. The annual award will help pay for a Brandeis University graduate student to attend a conference or scientific meeting. As we all know, this is a critically important of any graduate training, and also one that can be expensive.

Thanks to the generosity of many, including former students, lab members, and colleagues, the travel fund is off to a good start. We need your help to raise additional money to secure the health of the fund for many years to come. 

Because the fund is administered through Brandeis, contributions are tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law.

Donations can be made at any time. Please consider a contribution to show your gratitude for Art, and to help support a generation of young scientists!

How to donate to the travel fund

Online

Go to http://giving.brandeis.edu and click "give now". There is an option for "Enter the name of another fund";  type in the official fund name  here (“Art Wingfield Neuroscience/Psychology Student Travel Award”).

It is also possible to set up a recurring donation to the fund on the website by clicking "make a recurring gift". Even a small recurring donation is a tremendous way to support the continuation of this travel award for years to come.
